General Information

Then called the Rasmussen Practical School of Business, Rasmussen College was founded on September 1, 1900 in St. Paul, Minnesota by Walter Rasmussen.

Rasmussen College HistoryToday, with over a century of expertise behind us, Rasmussen College is a private two-year and four-year degree-granting college with campuses in Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, North Dakota and an Online Division.

We offer on-campus, online, and blended-learning courses with flexible scheduling, and award Bachelor of Science (BS) and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees, as well as diplomas and certificates in a variety of career areas.
