Rasmussen College To Open New Campus In Brooklyn Park, MN
March 21, 2005 -- Minneapolis, MN — Rasmussen College, a private, career-education college system, today announced that it will begin offering classes at its newest campus in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota for the school's summer session. The campus is situated at the Crosstown North Business Center, at the southeast corner of Highway 169 and 93rd Avenue in Brooklyn Park. Students may currently enroll in programs at the Brooklyn Park campus for classes that begin on July 6, 2005. Application information is available from the school's website at www.rasmussen.edu.
"The Brooklyn Park area is one of the fastest growing regions in Minneapolis and we look forward to meeting the demands of the population there by opening our new campus this summer," said Kristi Waite, President of Rasmussen College. "Rasmussen College has been in the Twin Cities for over a century and this new campus will allow us to continue to expand and add new programs to our curriculum."
The Brooklyn Park campus will host many of Rasmussen College's newest and most popular programs including Criminal Justice and Massage Therapy. Additional programs in Business, Accounting, Information Technology and Childcare will also be offered. The new campus is 26,600 square feet and employs state of the art technology and learning tools to continue Rasmussen College's focus on enriching education through technology. Students enrolled at the Brooklyn Park campus will take some or all of their courses online through Rasmussen College Online.
