Rasmussen College, Inc. Announces The Opening Of Its Newest Campus In Southwest Twin Cities
Rasmussen College is pleased to announce that the school will be opening a campus on 494 in Eden Prairie with the start of the summer term on July 3. The new campus will replace the school’s existing campus on 394 in Minnetonka, providing the school with more square footage, updated laboratories and enhanced student resources.
The new campus is located at 7905 Golden Triangle Drive next to the Vikings training facility at the intersection of 169 and 494. “The Southwest area of the Twin Cities has a rapidly growing population and has a need for a regionally accredited college. We are excited to have the opportunity to serve the educational needs of the southwest metro area residents with this conveniently located campus on 494,” commented Kristi Waite, President of Rasmussen College.
The new campus will be available for tours beginning June 5. Members of the community interested in touring the campus may set up a time to visit by calling (952)545-2000. The campus will feature many great amenities for students including wireless internet access throughout the building, state of the art computer labs, a comfortable and resource-filled student lounge, and a new student-focused library. The faculty and staff of the Minnetonka campus will relocate to the new campus when classes begin on July 3.
“This relocation allows us to improve the educational experience for our students. With room to grow in our new building the residents in the community can rest assured that we will stay on the leading edge of the markets to provide the familiar and reputable career education that Rasmussen College has been delivering in the Twin Cities since 1900,” said Kathy Howe, Campus Director.
