Ok, here's something new for Get Moving. I've created a special page that will chronicle my journey to my first 1/2 ironman in November. The Get Moving blog will still have some periodic updates, but will focus more on general fitness and fun. Those looking for specifics on my training and progress can get detailed information on the New Page. Best of all, the new page is linked right here on this blog. Look on the upper left hand side of the page - under Get Moving and you'll see a link for the 1/2 ironman training page.
