About Me

My most important mission in life is to be a great mom to my boys, Jack (age 4) and Carter (5 months).  I also strive to be a great wife to Craig, who is a Deputy for Stearns County Sheriff’s Department.  Our “story” began when we met in jail!  J

I’ve been teaching at Rasmussen College for four years and am the CJ program advisor at the St. Cloud campus.   I worked in the field for 10 years.  I began as a 911 dispatcher. I was promoted to a Correctional Officer II, where I worked in the county jail supervising inmates. I then worked in a probation program, where I supervised a caseload of women who had been convicted of a felony and were receiving public assistance for dependent children.  My education includes a Bachelors degree in Political Science and English and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice.

In my free time (which isn't much) I enjoy SCUBA diving and creating stained glass art.  I love camping, fishing and spending time with my family and friends.
