GRANT WRITING WORKSHOP
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4TH
2-5PM

GRANT WRITING?
Why should I learn about GRANT WRITING?

Regardless of what the spam emails claim,
there is, in fact, “free” money available for
all kinds of businesses, individuals, non-profits, and more.
It is not easy to obtain, however….
because it involves

communication through writing a grant.
We will be providing general information about grants
(the reality of getting “free” money),
basic grant writing (some Do’s and Don’t’s),
how to get started (just do it!),
and why having this skill can be a BIG BONUS to employers!
You will also receive information on a variety of free resources
if you choose to increase your grant writing skills.

Snacks will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for everyone here at Rasmussen.
Having some basic knowledge about grants and/or grant writing can assist you in being promoted at work (it can be an additional job skill),
can push you to think in even more creative ways, and for some,
grant writing is their full time job (or they are a consultant!).

So join us, Wednesday, June 4th, 2-5
