Rasmussen College and Harper College have partnered to develop an innovative Dual Degree Program. As a Harper College student or graduate, you can earn your Associate’s degree at Harper College and continue your education to earn a Bachelor’s degree at Rasmussen College.

Flexible: We have seamless transfer policies and many programs are available in the Flex Choice learning format that allows you to take self-paced online courses at your own schedule.
Affordable: Harper College graduates enjoy locked-in tuition as low as $260 per credit and are able to apply for institutional scholarships.2
Attainable: You’ll receive a My Academic Plan that outlines your path to graduation and you’ll benefit from a full suite of support services that encourage your success.
