Rasmussen College and Johnson County Community College have partnered to develop an innovative Dual Degree Program. As a Johnson County Community College student or graduate, you can earn your Associate’s degree at Johnson County Community College and continue your education to earn a Bachelor’s degree at Rasmussen College.

Through our partnership with Johnson County Community College, you can earn your Bachelor's degree from Rasmussen College and benefit from:

  • Affordable tuition—Affordable , locked-in tuition—exclusively priced as low as $167 per credit.
  • My Degree Plan—a customized course roadmap from enrollment to graduation with joint advising by a Johnson County Community College counselor and a Rasmussen College student advisor

*Must maintain continuous enrollment. $167 per credit is applicable only for courses taken at Rasmussen College as part of the AcceleratED Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program.

1.Who is eligible?

To be considered for the Dual Degree Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Successful completion of at least 45 semester college-level credit hours at Johnson County Community College
  • Good academic standing at Johnson County Community College

Upon enrollment and acceptance into the Dual Degree Program, you are required to maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined in the Rasmussen College catalog.

4. What do I need to start the enrollment process?

Complete the request form above and a program advisor will contact you to begin the application process. If you have questions or want to learn more, call 913-491-7870.

For current Johnson County Community College students, you must apply to the Dual Degree Program after you successfully complete at least 45 semester college-level credit courses. This program is also available for alumni who have successfully completed an Associate’s degree.

*Time to completion is dependent on number of transfer credits awarded and credits completed each term.

$150 course resource fee not included. See course catalog for transfer policies.
