Banking Courses

Your courses supply you with the knowledge and skills to be a success in the financial industry and prepare you to obtain work as a loan officer, banking customer service representative or bank teller. Fundamentals of Consumer Lending
In this course you will cover terminology, basic categories of consumer credit, determining credit worthiness, and the application process.

Introduction to Mortgage Lending
You will learn about mortgage lending, not only from the aspect of lending to individuals for the purchase of a residence, but also loans for apartment buildings and loans for real estate developers and builders.

Principles of Banking Law
You will be guided through the legal and regulatory banking issues. Every part of the banking process, from taking deposits and making loans to operating safe deposit boxes and offering trust services, is governed by laws for the purpose of protecting consumers or maintaining the safety and soundness of the bank.
