The chart highlights “entry-level” jobs, which is defined as those requiring 0-4 years of experience. So, it is possible that someone just out of college may not qualify for some of these jobs on experience alone. And the salary ranges can help you get an idea of about what level of salary you could expect upon starting your career.

But as you contemplate how to earn your own entry-level HR job salary it’s important to know that over two-thirds of the job postings listed require candidates to have earned a bachelor’s degree.* 

But overall, the most valuable thing you can take away from this chart is that entry-level HR job salaries can allow you to provide financial stability for your family.  In fact, HR workers in general earn an annual salary that is approximately $14,000 more than the average occupation in the U.S., according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
