You will develop a customer service strategy, learn how to cope with challenging customers, increase customer retention, and survey customer satisfaction.
Payroll Accounting
Examine computing and paying of wages and salaries, social security taxes and benefits, federal and state employment insurance and taxes, and payroll accounting systems and records.
Business Ethics
You will develop and demonstrate an understanding of the legal consequences of unethical behavior through class reports and participation.
