What is Rasmussen Job Connect?

Rasmussen Job Connect is Rasmussen College's online resource that connects employers with Rasmussen College students and alumni. Employers can access Rasmussen Job Connect by clicking on the link at the top. The highlights of the systems job posting and resume database components are:

Job Posting

The posting component allows the employer to post all types of job opportunities including, full-time, part-time, internship, cooperative education assignment, and volunteer.
The employer determines how the student applies for the job, e.g., the employer can send the student to the company Web site to apply, can provide contact and mail instructions, or can have the student apply directly through Rasmussen Job Connect. The employer can track job postings by requisition number, a capability that is especially useful to employers who have to manage a large number of job postings.
The employer can preview the posting before submitting it to the system, as well as edit or delete their job posting at any time.

Resume Data Base

The employer can search for students and/or resumes on a variety of criteria, e.g., industry, job function, work type (full-time or part-time job, internship, co-op, etc.), location, work experience, degree, program, graduation date, and keyword.
