    Help Desk Support Specialists provide support to end users on a variety of computer issues. They identify, research, and resolve technical problems. They also respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support, and document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

    Network Planning Analysts review, plan, and evaluate network systems, provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting, and also provide tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects.
