Rachel’s Story

Like many students attending Rasmussen College, Rachael was looking to get an education to catapult her into the HIT industry. When she enrolled into Rasmussen, she was working in a dead end job and did not have the confidence to find employment in the HIT field without experience. Jeff, Rachel’s Admission’s Representative, suggested that she look on the Job Connect website to see if there were entry-level positions in her field of choice. Three weeks later Jeff received a phone call from Rachael exclaiming that she got a job as an entry-level coder through Job Connect. She is now applying her education into a real world format and gaining the experience she needs to become a competitive professional in this lucrative industry!
