EAGAN (Minn.)—The Obama administration has pledged $410 million for Early Childhood Education, and Rasmussen College Eagan Campus is hosting an Information Night on Wednesday, August 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for people considering a career in Early Childhood Education.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2009, Rasmussen College Early Education students and faculty members will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about the Early Education Degree programs at Rasmussen College.

“This is a perfect opportunity for teacher’s aides and assistants as well as lead teachers who are interested in advancing their career to see what Rasmussen College’s School of Education has to offer,” Education Program Coordinator Regina Jackson said. “We’re also gearing our talks towards anyone who is interested in making a career change to work with children and their families,” she added.

Participants are encouraged to visit the campus anytime that evening from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Appetizers will be served.

The Eagan campus is located at 3500 Federal Drive. For more information on the event, please call (651) 687-9000 or email Amber.Knapp@Rasmussen.edu.
