GREEN BAY, Wis. – To celebrate its two-year anniversary in Green Bay, Wis., Rasmussen College is inviting local residents to trick-or-treat on campus Friday, October 30. Complete with a bounce house and games, adults and children are invited to fill their Halloween baskets with sweets and treats at this spooktacular event to help commemorate the campus’ milestone year.
