OCALA, Fla., (October 21, 2009) – Rasmussen College announces its search for experienced professionals to fill the Director of Admissions and Director of Campus Operations positions, in addition to a number of faculty openings, at the school’s campus in Ocala, Fla. The effort is part of a broader search by Rasmussen College to fill new positions at its 17 campus locations throughout the country, as increasing demands from its growing population of students necessitate the organization’s ongoing recruitment of top talent.

Director of Admissions
The Director of Admissions is responsible for campus recruitment and is accountable to the Campus Director to supervise and manage the admissions team and develop and implement market strategies. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and market development experience in B2B or B2C or 3-5 years of college admissions management. At least five years sales management experience is also required.
Director of Campus Operations
Potential candidates seeking the Director of Campus Operations position should have at least five years of management experience and a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred. Principal job duties include: providing leadership and direction to students, monitoring attendance, participating in the creation of college schedules, organizing seminars and student awards and coordinating commencements with the Career Services Advisor and Campus Director.
