St. Cloud, MN — Rasmussen College is proud to announce that it is participating in the Salvation Army food shelf collection as a drop site for donations.
Members of the community are encouraged to drop off nonperishable food items and/or personal care items at the front office of Rasmussen College's St. Cloud campus. Food drive collections can be dropped off any time between now and December 8th.
"We take great pride in being a part of the St. Cloud community and are always happy to extend a helping hand whenever possible," said Chris Zack, St. Cloud Campus Director. "The Salvation Army food shelf is a great cause and I hope that Rasmussen's participation in their food drive will contribute to a successful campaign for our community."
Rasmussen College is also holding its annual Silent Auction event to benefit the Adopt-a-Family program through a local charity. Last year Rasmussen raised $1,200 in proceeds which enabled them to purchase some assorted gifts for a family in need.
This year, Rasmussen is raising funds to help support a family of four and is seeking the community's participation in its silent auction event. The silent auction will occur in the front office from November 13th through the 16th.
