Teacher Appreciation Day at Metrodome
The Minnesota Twins and Rasmussen College honored high school teachers, counselors, and Rasmussen College instructors from around the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area, Mankato, and St. Cloud on July 2 at the Twins game at the Metrodome.
The 28 educators selected were nominated by Rasmussen College students, staff, and faculty for their continued dedication to providing high-quality education to students in their local communities. Every nominated instructor received two lower level reserved tickets, a food and beverage ticket, and Rasmussen College apparel.
"This is a great way for us to give back to our instructors and educators in the Twin Cities and surrounding area," Rasmussen College President Kristi Waite said. "Teachers work so hard and truly provide an indispensable service, which at times is overlooked. We are happy to work with the Twins and give back to these truly inspirational individuals."
