Interested parties are encouraged to attend to gain a competitive edge in the job search process.
Rasmussen College representatives will be on hand to provide information about Master’s degree programs offered through the Rasmussen Partner Network of schools, and Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs offered through the local campus, as well as career opportunities within the Rasmussen College system.
“While an economic recovery has begun, many Americans – including Pasco County residents - remain unemployed,” Rasmussen College National Director of Career Development Tamryn Hennessy said. “We are honored to have the opportunity to showcase available jobs in the community and to help residents of Pasco County and the surrounding area learn about positive steps they can take toward employment.”
Rasmussen College is highly committed to the career success and achievements of its students, and the Career and Networking Fair is one example of this guiding initiative. The Rasmussen College Career Development Team works diligently with students and employers to help them meet their goals. In fact, Rasmussen College has proudly placed 92 percent of its graduates in careers in their field.
The Rasmussen College Career and Networking Fair is part of a national event that will be held at all 21 campuses, providing an opportunity for the public to network with the local business community, while also highlighting a number of available full-time, part-time, volunteer and internship opportunities. The most recent Rasmussen College Pasco County Career and Networking Fair in February 2010 attracted more than 100 community members and representation from 32 local businesses.
