Rasmussen College Hosts College And Career Exploration Event For High School Students
High School Students and Parents are Invited to Tour the Campus, Explore Future Career Opportunities, and Learn About Financial Aid and Scholarships at October 21 Event

ST. CLOUD, Minn., (October 7, 2010) – Rasmussen College in St. Cloud invites area high school seniors and their parents to attend “College and Career Exploration Night” on October 21 to gain valuable information on Rasmussen degree programs, explore future career opportunities, and learn about financial aid, scholarships, and paying for college. This local offering is part of a system-wide event taking place at all 21 Rasmussen College campuses throughout the Midwest and Florida.
“It is more important than ever for high school students to think about college in terms of their future career and the value that they will receive from the school they choose,” Rasmussen College President Kristi Waite said. “This event is an opportunity for high school students and their parents to better understand their options and to learn about the high demand programs that Rasmussen College offers.”
Rasmussen College faculty and staff will be on hand throughout “College and Career Exploration Night” to provide information about the wide variety of Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs offered through the School of Business, School of Technology and Design, School of Justice Studies, School of Nursing, School of Education, and School of Allied Health at the local campus, as well as online. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the campus, discuss career placements, and learn about recently placed Rasmussen College graduates.
