Rasmussen College Hosts Nation-Wide College And Career Exploration Event For High School Students
Students and Parents Are Invited to Event at Rasmussen College Campuses throughout the Midwest and Florida to Explore Degree Programs and Future Career Opportunities

MINNEAPOLIS, (October 19, 2010) – Rasmussen College invites high school students and their parents to attend College and Career Exploration Night on October 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. The evening is part of a system-wide event taking place at 20 campus locations throughout the Midwest and Florida to provide prospective students valuable information about Rasmussen College degree programs and future career opportunities as they learn about financial aid, scholarships, and paying for college.
“It is more important than ever for high school students to think about college in terms of their future careers and the value that they will receive from the school they choose,” Rasmussen College President Kristi Waite said. “This event is an opportunity for high school students and their parents to better understand their options and to learn about the high-demand programs that Rasmussen College offers.”
Rasmussen College faculty and staff will be on hand at the local campuses throughout College and Career Exploration Night to provide information about the wide variety of Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs offered through the School of Business, School of Technology and Design, School of Justice Studies, School of Nursing, School of Education, and School of Allied Health, as well as online. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the campus, discuss career placements, and learn about recently placed Rasmussen College graduates.
