ROCKFORD, Ill., (November 2, 2010) — Rasmussen College is proud to announce the addition of Craig Steege as the new director of its Rockford, IL college campus. As campus director, Steege will oversee all divisions of the campus including academic leadership, community relations, student services, and applying to Rasmussen College.
Steege brings a wealth of diverse experience to his new position. His previous role managing Rockford-area Target stores, along with 11 years of military service, gives Steege unique perspective and insight. He will assist Rasmussen College as it continues to provide a variety of high demand Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs through its School of Technology and Design, School of Business, School of Allied Health, School of Education, and School of Justice Studies.
“We are excited to welcome Craig Steege to our local campus as he continues a career of leadership within the Rockford community,” Rasmussen College Regional Vice President Shawn Walden said. “Steege will undoubtedly help communicate the great value of our degree programs, including our recently launched Business Management Bachelor’s degree. Previously offered only online in Illinois, the program is now offered on campus at our Rockford, Aurora, Romeoville/Joliet, and Mokena/Tinley Park locations.”
