Rasmussen College To Host Industry Leading Presentation: " Servant-Leadership and The Honoring of Excellence"

BLAINE, Minn. (April 11, 2012) – Rasmussen College Blaine campus has invited Larry Spears, an expert in the field of servant-leadership, to the community on April 18, 2012 to host two sessions on how local businesses and the community can benefit from Servant-Leadership. The first session will be offered from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and the second one will be held from 6:00 to 800 p.m., at Rasmussen College located at 3629 95th Avenue NE, Blaine, Minn.
“We are honored to have such an innovator and leader in Servant-Leadership visit our campus to help educate our students, faculty and the community,” said Rasmussen College Campus Director Patty Sagert, “This is a great opportunity to learn how our local businesses and community can benefit from Servant-Leadership. We are thrilled to host such a great event and look forward to the knowledge that Mr. Spears brings.”
Spears is currently the President & CEO of the Larry C. Spears Center for Servant-Leadership. He travels around the country consulting and speaking at large corporations and colleges that would like to learn more about servant-leadership principles. A Servant-Leadership scholar at Gonzaga University, Spears also served as the CEO of the Robert Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership from 1990-2007. Spears is also a writer and editor who has published hundreds of articles, essays, newsletters, books, and other publications on servant-leadership.
