Network Security & Computer Forensics Career / Salary Information

Network Administrator - $36,806 (10th percentile)
Network Administrators set up, configure, and support internal and/or external networks. They develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. They also troubleshoot network performance issues, create and maintain disaster recovery plans, and recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. They may also provide technical support and guidance to users.

Security Administrator - $46,573 (10th percentile)
Security Administrators troubleshoot network access problems and implement network security policies and procedures. They ensure network (LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and voice) security access and protect against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.

IS Security Manager - $72,189 (10th percentile)
IS Security Managers are responsible for developing and managing Information Systems security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development. They manage IT Security Analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure.
