Our Personal Support Team is available to assist you with any technical issues that may be hindering you from success in your education.

They will help you with:

  • Access to your courses
  • Browser configuration issues

Cassie’s Story

Cassie was having trouble figuring out how to use a tool in Microsoft Word that she needed for one of her assignments. When she called into the Personal Support Center, Takiya was happy to help.

Takiya went into Word and thoroughly walked Cassie through the process of how to use the tool. Cassie was able to finish her assignment and turn it in on time.

Robert’s Story

Robert had a PowerPoint assignment due in a few hours for his Microcomputers course, but was unable to upload it to his online instructor. When he called into the Personal Support Center for help, Randy showed him how to easily compress the photo images so that the file wouldn’t be too large to upload.

Robert was able to complete his assignment and turn it in on time.

Michael’s Story

Michael couldn’t log into the student portal. When he called into the Personal Support Center, Brandon checked to make sure that he was entering the correct information. It seems that Michael had been entering the incorrect password.

Brandon helped Michael change his password to something that he would remember more easily.
