In an effort to continuously provide our students with the best investment possible and help them see the results of their investment as quickly as possible, we reduced tuition costs up to 24% for full-time students.* Our new tuition structure also incentivizes students to graduate quicker.

In the last three years, without reducing our student support services or the quality of our education, we developed a cost-reduction strategy to keep our tuition from increasing, and now we are going even further and reducing tuition costs.

Why did we Lower Tuition?

We understand the needs of our students are always changing. To help ensure our students’ needs are met, and provide them with the most successful higher education investment possible, we lowered our tuition costs.

With all the difficult financial choices college students must make, our lowered tuition costs can help them continue to choose higher education—and not sacrifice their degree due to financial concerns.

How did we Lower Tuition?

Responding to market demand for more affordable higher education costs, we focused our efforts on developing a strategy to reduce operational and marketing expenses—and pass those savings on to our students in the form of long-term tuition reduction by:

• Utilizing new technologies in the classroom and online to reduce overhead costs, including:
  • New student portal to increase communication between faculty and students
  • New online learning platform to support our innovative academic learning model
  • Broadcast instructors who teach live courses online to students across the country
  • Increased online cohorts
• Instituting greener operations
• Reducing our marketing expenses

We reduced our tuition costs, but we did not reduce the amount we invest in our high-quality education and student support services. SUPPORT+, our network of comprehensive student support services, has not decreased—our students still receive all of those benefits to help increase their classroom and career success. As a regionally accredited college, the quality of the education we provide also remains high as we continue to invest in our students and advance our hands-on learning model by equipping our campuses with:

• Modern laboratories with the latest technology for our School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences students
• Digital design labs with software and technology used by today’s professional graphic designers, movie makers, and game and simulation professionals
• Technology labs that contain advanced hardware for our School of Technology courses
• Continuously growing library with extensive resources for all students both online and on campus

Tuition Lock gives peace of mind to continuously enrolled students that their tuition costs will remain constant—and not increase—so they can focus on their coursework and graduation.

Fact: We Transferred in Credits Worth approximately $95 Million.^*

We designed our transfer policies to give our students college credit for the knowledge they previously gained in courses at other colleges—saving our students time and money, and helping them start their careers quicker.

In fact, with our transfer policies, our AcceleratED students transfer in an average of 91 credits.* Our dedicated transfer specialists evaluate each student’s transcript for maximum credit transfer through:

• Previously earned college credit from both regionally and nationally accredited institutions
• Credit through prior learning, work, and military experience
  • Course test outs
  • Successfully completed college exams
  • Course waivers for various professional certifications and professional credentials
• No expiration on previously earned general education credits
