Leadership Breakfast Designed to Empower and Inspire Women Leaders
The Women’s Leadership Breakfast is an event created to empower women and deepen their leadership presence in all aspects of their lives. Rasmussen College has been a place where women and men have learned as equals since it first opened in 1900. The College believes in the power of strong communities and knows the health and strength of our communities depends on the critical support and guidance offered by organizations that work to empower individuals and change lives.
This year, Rasmussen College will donate $1,000 on Reeve’s behalf to the nonprofit of her choice, the United Heroes League. Honoring her years of dedication to athletics and her own experience growing up in a military family, the donation will help keep military kids active and healthy while their parents serve our country. The United Heroes League wants to ensure all five million military kids across the nation are able to develop critical life skills through sports. The organization has provided more than $3 million worth of free sports equipment, game tickets, cash grants and summer camps to military families across the United States and Canada.
