What are my financial aid options?

Our Tuition page outlines some financial aid options for those who qualify. As part of the enrollment process, your admissions advisor will walk you through an overview of financial aid and what type of aid may be specifically suited to you. 97% of Rasmussen University's full-time undergraduate students receive some type of financial aid.2

One important step toward financial aid is filling out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). To apply for federal student aid, such as federal grants, work-study and loans, you need to complete the FAFSA. Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and easier than ever, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college or career school. In addition, many states and colleges use your FAFSA information to determine your eligibility for state and school aid, and some private financial aid providers may use your FAFSA information to determine whether you qualify for their aid.

In general, online classes follow a weekly format, including watching video lectures, reviewing assigned material, answering online discussion questions and completing weekly assignments.
