How to Secure a Wireless Network [Tutorial]
73% of Americans have wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access at home, according to a recent Gallup Poll. Any time you surf the web on a wireless network, signals are sent from a cable or modem to a wireless router. Sometimes these signals are sent several hundred feet through the air.

This installment of the Tech Tutorial Series will teach you how to secure a wireless network. Ron Cervantes, information technology instructor for the Rasmussen College School of Technology, will provide you with some handy tips and tricks for ensuring your personal data is safe when utilizing your Wi-Fi.
