After more than 100 years of school history, Rasmussen College - Florida absorbed its sister school, adopting its two campus locations in Ocala, FL and Pasco County, FL. The Rasmussen College Professional Nursing Associate’s degree in Minnesota and Florida is approved by the Minnesota and Florida Board of Nursing. Upon satisfactory completion of the nursing program requirements, students are eligible to apply to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for registered nurses. Upon passing the NCLEX-RN Exam, the RN candidate is eligible for licensure, provided the candidate has satisfied all Minnesota and Florida Board of Nursing requirements. The Rasmussen College Practical Nursing diploma in Florida is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.
