The Rasmussen College Professional Nursing Associate’s degree in Minnesota and Florida is approved by the Minnesota and Florida Board of Nursing. Upon satisfactory completion of the nursing program requirements, students are eligible to apply to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for registered nurses. Upon passing the NCLEX-RN Exam, the RN candidate is eligible for licensure, provided the candidate has satisfied all Minnesota and Florida Board of Nursing requirements. Health Information Technician - CAHIIM The Health Information Technician Associate’s degree offered at the Aurora campus is in Candidacy Status for accreditation by the Commission on Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). Students at this campus will be kept informed of the program’s accreditation status. Graduates may not sit for the AHIMA credentialing examination until accreditation has been granted to the campus. |
