In order to request your transcript, we need a written and signed request from you.

Please print and complete the form below, and mail, fax, or deliver it to the campus you attended. Please allow up to five business days for processing.

How do I request my Official Transcripts?

In order to release transcripts, Rasmussen College must receive a signed Transcript Request Form. If you attended one of our campuses, your request must be mailed, faxed or dropped off at that campus. If you were an online student, your request must be mailed or faxed to the location that offered your specific degree program. Faxed requests do not require a cover sheet but cover sheets are encouraged due to the sensitivity of the information. To have official transcripts sent to an institution, employer, etc., please indicate the destination and provide the correct address. Please note, official transcripts cannot be faxed.

Why am I charged a $5.00 Fee?

Rasmussen College does not charge a fee to processes transcript requests for our graduates. However, there is a $5.00 fee for processing official transcripts to non-graduates. Unofficial transcripts are available to graduates and non-graduates at no charge.

Non-graduates who are mailing a Transcript Request Form for an Official Transcript can include the $5.00 fee as a check made out to Rasmussen College.

  • $5.00 Fee By Fax

If you are a non-graduate faxing a Transcript Request Form, please include your phone number and a note on the form to have the staff call you for credit card information to be applied to the $5.00 fee. It may take up to two days for you to be contacted for payment.

What is the turnaround time to receive my official transcripts?

The turnaround can be up to five business days.

What if I don’t have a printer?

If you don’t have a printer to print and sign the Transcript Request Form, we’d be happy to mail a form to you. Please contact your campus for further assistance.

My campus is not listed on the mailing information sheet.

  • If you attended the Minnetonka campus, your records are now held at the Rasmussen College Bloomington campus.
  • If you attended Rasmussen Business College, your records are at the Rasmussen College Eagan campus.
  • If you attended Northern Technical School of Business your records are now at the Rasmussen College Bloomington campus.
  • If you attended St. Cloud Business College your records are now at the Rasmussen College St. Cloud campus.
  • If you attended the Aaker’s College Bismarck campus, your records are now held at the Rasmussen College Bismarck campus.
  • If you attended the Aaker’s College Grand Forks or Fargo campus, your records are now held at the Rasmussen College Fargo campus.
  • If you attended the Webster College Ocala location, your records are now held at the Rasmussen College Ocala campus.
  • Other Webster College locations are now held at the Rasmussen College New Port Richey campus.
