Rasmussen College Celebrates Graduates And Success In Education
Rasmussen College Graduation to be held July 13 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center
GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 12, 2012) – Rasmussen College will celebrate the graduation of approximately 103 students from its Green Bay and Appleton Campuses on Friday, July 13, 2012. Rasmussen College, a regionally accredited private college focused on delivering career-focused education, will host this year’s commencement ceremony in the Iroquois Complex at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, 2420 Airport Drive, in Green Bay, Wis. at 6:30 p.m.
The graduates, who all completed their required coursework in the past four months, will be presented certificates, diplomas, associate’s and bachelor’s degrees from the Schools of Health Sciences, Justice Studies, Business, Education, and Technology and Design.
“We are so proud of what our students have accomplished, and we are confident that the skills and education they obtained at Rasmussen College has given them the foundation they need to be successful in their career and in life,” said Rasmussen College President Kristi Waite. “I just want to say to all of our graduates in Green Bay and Appleton – congratulations on this life-changing accomplishment.”
Victrietta Hensley, Workforce Development Coordinator for the Oneida Tribe of Indians, will deliver this year’s keynote address. Hensley is an enrolled Oneida Tribal member who has worked for the Oneida Tribe of Indians-Human Resources department for the past 19 years. She has a personal mission to strengthen and help people with the tools to become outstanding workers.
Stacy Pinchart, who is graduating from the School of Business, was selected as this year’s student speaker.
