Rasmussen College Partners With New Horizons Computer Learning Centers For Continued Education Opportunities
New Horizons graduates can now transfer earned credits into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program at Rasmussen College
Ocala, Fla. (April 5, 2012) – Rasmussen College has partnered with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers – North Florida to develop additional educational opportunities to graduates of New Horizons programs. The partnership will allow for New Horizons’ graduates to transfer their earned credits into an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program at Rasmussen College. Graduates will also receive a 10 percent tuition discount to the College if accepted into the program.
“Our partnership with New Horizons is a great example on how local organizations are creating new educational opportunities for individuals in our community,” said Rasmussen College Ocala Campus Director, Pete Beasley. “Both Rasmussen College and New Horizons have a strong commitment to educational growth and attainment and we hope that many individuals will take advantage of this opportunity.”
New Horizons North Florida has locations in Gainesville, Tallahassee and Pensacola. The school delivers more IT training than any other company worldwide, and has partnerships with premier companies such as Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA. New Horizons graduates interested in attending Rasmussen College will be granted admission to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program based on meeting academic requirements established by the College.
Rasmussen College has five Florida campus locations located in Ocala, Ft. Myers, Land O’Lakes, Tampa/Brandon, and New Port Richey. Students can take courses either on campus, online or through a combined schedule.
