Rasmussen College’s ladder curriculum allows you to easily transfer your IT Associate’s degree credits toward a Pre-Bachelor's IT Project Management Certification. From there, you’ll be prepared to ladder into your Bachelor’s program.
Program areas of focus include big data, deep analysis using advanced statistics, application of artificial intelligence and development of intelligent processes used to identify patterns in data that drive information, insight and business intelligence.

Develop effective analytical objectives and strategies to help solve problems in an organization.
Consolidate and create optimal data sets for use in producing analytical solutions.
Create descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytical models and processes for use in validating and interpreting data.
Create, communicate and present actionable business insights to stakeholders that are supported by analysis.
Improve database design skills while obtaining more experience writing complicated SQL queries for relational databases and gain a strong exposure to technologies and software that work with databases to support higher levels of data integration.
Expands upon basic statistics to support the means of determining solutions to problems that require several levels of decision-making. Introduces techniques including Markov Process Models, principle components analysis and Monte Carlo simulation.
Addresses the application of neural nets, deep learning method and cross learning techniques including the application of support vector machines (SVM), genetic algorithms and genetic programming.
Introduces working within the world of big data by explaining its purpose, major tools, programming paradigms as well as data structures and programming techniques.
