Rasmussen College Honors Nursing Program Graduates In Pinning Ceremony
Eleven students from the Fargo/Moorhead campuses graduate with a Practical Nursing degree
(FARGO, ND) (Dec. 23, 2011)—The Rasmussen College School of Nursing recently honored Practical Nursing degree graduates from the Fargo/Moorhead, North Dakota college campuses in a traditional pinning ceremony, on Friday, December 15, 2011. The pinning ceremony served as a culmination of the journey through students’ post-secondary nursing program.
Traditional aspects of the program included a candle lighting ceremony, and the pinning and the dedication to the supportive individuals in the students' journey through nursing school. Administration and faculty from Rasmussen College were present at the ceremony, along with more than 100 community and family members.
“Rasmussen College is honored to send such an esteemed class of nursing students into the surrounding communities to provide quality healthcare to those in need,” Dean of Nursing at Rasmussen College , Dr. Becky Rudel said. “The need for qualified nurses is stronger than ever. We are humbled to provide education for talented professionals to the growing field.”
