Computed Tomography training at Rasmussen University is fully online, but, currently, only available to residents in Minnesota and Wisconsin. While learners will be completing their CT training classes online, they will be able to receive 24/7 tech support.
What Should I Know Before I Register?
The Computed Tomography (CT) Training is designed to satisfy only the structured education requirement for a post-primary eligibility pathway Computed Tomography (CT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additional certification requirements apply, which are not provided by Rasmussen University. The full requirements of this certification are:
- Current ARRT certification and registration in radiography, nuclear medicine technology or radiation therapy
- Structured education requirements
- Clinical education requirements (completed within 24 months of application)
- Ethics requirement
- Examination requirement
This training does not satisfy requirements 1, 3, 4 or 5.
In order to register for the CT Training, a current ARRT certification and registration in radiography, nuclear medicine technology or radiation therapy is required, and will be verified by Rasmussen University. Upon such verification, the prospective learner will be notified and allowed to register for the CT Training.
