Dr. Ronald J. Curtis, Jr. MPA Ed.D, is an adjunct professor for the School of Justice Studies at Rasmussen University Online. He has worked in the field of law enforcement for more than 30 years. Dr. Curtis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Hodges University in Fort Myers, Florida, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Dr. Curtis is currently a Captain with the Lee County Florida Sheriff’s Office.
